Neue Space Reservoir by NEUE SPACE is comprised of 74 architecturally designed warehouses, tech, and storage spaces across a 5.8 acre site. The masterplan is pedestrian friendly, with a distinctive walk-up entry, ample car spaces and wide lanes for easy vehicle access and deliveries.

Neue Space Reservoir is now home to a community of businesses, including trade workers, entrepreneurs, and skilled craftspeople.
The precinct provides versatile vehicle access with dedicated loading bays and high clearance in the warehouse spaces. Our innovative Neue Warehouse, Neue Tech and Neue Storage spaces were created to meet the needs of workers within small businesses in the construction, trade and e-commerce sectors.
